Poetry is devoted to delivering its products in prime condition to your doorstep. We ship our products throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure the safety and health of your orders, we have partnered with reputed and trusted courier companies only.

Where and How Do We ship?

We currently ship pan India. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Approximate Delivery Time

Post dispatch the average delivery time ranges from -

Karnataka - 0 to 2 days.

Rest of India - 4 to 6 days.

Cancellations

No cancellation and refunds will be processed once an order has been shipped.

In the unlikely scenario that your order is received as damaged, please write to us at care@easycocktailco.com mentioning your Order ID and stating your issue along with supporting material. Post which if necessary, a refund for the damaged items will be considered, within 6-8 working days.
